PROSTATE ENLARGEMENT SENSITIZATION

PROSTATE ENLARGEMENT SENSITIZATION

The topic is for men. Yes, ONLY men have a prostate gland and men over 40years need to take it very seriously, but the healthcare enlightenment is for everyone. There is no woman who does not have a man who is 40 years and above in her environment. He could be a father, an uncle, a brother, a son, a friend, a neighbor, or a colleague.
Actually, all that we should be doing now is to be focusing on at this time is well-being. I called it prostate sensitization.

Everyone has a pair of kidneys. The job of the kidney is to remove waste. It is the waste management systems of your body. Every day your blood passes through the kidney several times to be filtered. As the blood is filtered, urine is formed and stored in a temporary reservoir called the urinary bladder.

Assuming he doesn't have urinary bladder, just as he walks on the road|, urine ought to be dropping on the ground
Our body systems run with pipes from our urinary bladder to the tip of the penis. The pipe is called the urethra. Beneath the bladder in addition to encompassing the urethra some form of an organ known as the prostate gland. The prostate gland is just as big like- a walnut and weighs about 20 grams.
The task of the prostate glands will be to generate the seminal fluid that is accumulated in the seminal vesicle. While enjoying lovemaking, seminal fluid flows down the urethra, however, blends with the sperms released in the testicles to make the semen. Thus semen really is not sperm. It is actually sperm with seminal liquid. The seminal liquid lubricates the sperm.

As we getting older at 40 years and above, for explanations that could be hormonal, the prostate gland starts to grow larger. From 20 grams this could get bigger to nearly 100 grams. Because it enlarges, it squeezes the urethra so the male starts to detect changes in the process or how he urinates.

His urine nozzle is deficient, is unable to make a long range also occasionally will pass right down on his thighs with legs. Which means that he may have to stand in a strange way to pass the urine. But other symptoms begin to show too.

Right now, he stays lengthier for the urine flow to begin. He will discover two valves that should open up so that he can urinate – the internal and external sphincters. Both open up however due to hurdles in the urethra, you have to wait for a longer period for the flow to begin.

One has this sense just after urinating that is not completely discharged, still, something is left behind. As one is experiencing this, the bladder starts to be pressurized to make up for the obstruction in the urethra. The frequency of urination goes up. Urgency sets in. sometimes you have to practically run to the toilet and may also wake up more than two times at night to urinate.

If there is no quick intervention. Accumulated urine becomes infected or there could be inflammation when urinating. Accumulated urine forms crystals. Crystals come together to form stone either in the bladder or in the kidney. Stones may block the urethra.

Chronic urinary retention may set in. The bladder stores more and more urine. The size of the bladder is 40 - 60 cl. As the bladder stores more urine it can enlarge up to 300cl. An overfilled bladder may leak and this leads to wetting/urinary inconvenience and also the volume may put pressure on the kidney and may lead to kidney damage.
He may wake up one morning and probably unable to urinate, this may likely make the man complain of acute urinary retention.

The whole scene narrated above is to describe what normally lead to prostate enlargement, technically called benign, and technically called benign prostate hyperplasia. There are other diseases of the prostate such as inflammation of the prostate (Prostatitis) and cancer of the prostate (Prostate cancer).

Now we shall be looking for ways to prevent acute prostate enlargement.  Every man is going to have prostate enlargement if blessed with old age but there are lifestyle changes that can help a man 40 years and above to maintain optimum prostate health.

NUTRITION - Look at what you eat. 33% of most cancers, reported by the US National Cancer Institute has something to do with the foods we regularly eat. Red meat daily triples your probabilities of prostate related health issues. Milk every day doubles your risk. Not taking fruits/vegetables daily quadruples your risk.
Tomatoes are very good for men. If that is the only thing your wife can present in the evening, eat it with joy. It has loads of lycopene. Lycopene is the most potent natural antioxidant.
Foods that are rich in zinc are also good for men. We recommend pumpkin seeds ( Elegede, Ugbogulu, Gedegede ).Zinc is an essential element of male sexuality and fertility. Men need more zinc than women. Every time a man ejaculates he loses 15mg of zinc. Zinc is also important for alcohol metabolism. Our liver requires zinc to metabolize alcohol.

DRESSING:  Men should avoid tight underwear. It prevents proper air circulation around the groin and heats it up a bit.  Though the physiological temperature is 37 degrees, the groin has| an adequate temperature of around 33 degrees. Pant is no longer suitable for men. Men should wear boxers and breathable or real cotton clothing.

LAPTOPS: Placing overheating laptops on the laps for a longer period could be another factor for prostate enlargement since the heat produced is trapped in the groins area.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION:  Once a man starts to experience urinary signals relating to prostate enlargement, it can be crucial they check out drinking alcohol. More fluid in equals more fluid out.

SITTING: when we sit, two-thirds of our weight rests on the pelvic bones. Men who sit longer are more prone to prostate symptoms. Do not sit for long hours. Walk around as often as you can. Sit on comfortable chairs. We encourage a split saddle chair should you choose to be seated prolonged time.

SEX: having Regular sex is good for the prostate, men who abstain sex for a very long time are likely more prone to prostate illness. While celibacy is a moral decision, it is not a biological adaptation. Our prostate gland is made to offload on a regular basis.

EXERCISE: Exercise helps build the muscle tone. Every man should exercise. Men over 40 should avoid high impact exercise like jogging. It puts pressure on the knees. Cycling is bad news for the prostate. We recommend brisk walking.

SMOKING: Avoid smoking. It affects blood vessels and impact circulation around the groin.

STD: Sexually transmitted diseases are one the factor that should be taken seriously, make sure you treat any sexually related diseases on time to avoid complication.because most sexual diseases causes inflammation of the male reproductive organ.
